I’m an occupational therapist, educator, parent coach, and parent of two amazing young adults.
Building Bridges Coaching & Consulting began as a passion project inspired by my work with families caring for children with high needs. It reflects both my heartfelt commitment to these families and a response to the growing need for family-centered, community-based support.
I specialize in working with children and young adults with complex needs and I bring years of experience partnering with diverse communities. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a belief that every family deserves practical support that fits their life.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you — bringing professional insight and guidance. Together, we’ll explore and build strategies that reflect your values, build on your strengths, and help your family thrive.
Looking forward to connecting with you!

My Approach
I take a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach to support. This means I focus on what’s going well—on the unique abilities, interests, and values that every person and family brings to the table. Rather than trying to "fix" or change who someone is, I work to understand and honor their way of being in the world.
I believe that meaningful support is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to real life. Whether we’re working through everyday challenges or navigating more complex needs, I aim to create a safe, affirming space where individuals and families feel seen, heard, and empowered.
